Strawberry Banana Romaine Smoothie Recipe
1 1/2 - 2 cups fresh strawberries (frozen is ok if you can't get fresh ones)
2 bananas
1 head of romaine leaves
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon psyillium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend everything but the ice until smooth.
Then add the ice a cup at a time and blend until very smooth.
