Mango Banana Smoothie
1 mango (you can substitute pineapple if you desire)
2 small bananas
1 handful spinach or romaine leaves
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon Psyillium seed husks
1-2 cups crushed ice
Peel the mango and the bananas and place in blender and blend.
You may want to add a small amount of water to facilitate the blending.
Then add your greens (spinach or romaine or any other green you love).
Then add crushed ice (1-2 cups depending on how you like it).
