I was happy to see that Dr Mehmet Oz (You On A Diet Bestselling Author and frequent Oprah guest) recommended adding Psyllium Seed Husks to his recipe for the The Magical Quick Breakfast Blaster Smoothie.
Psyllium Seed Husks are awesome fiber (even better than oat bran).
I add Psyllium Seed Husks to almost anything I eat or drink. I add them to soups, juices, smoothies. Psyllium does not affect the taste of my food or drinks at all.
Another benefit I found from adding Psyllium to almost every meal is that it really fills me up and makes me feel comfortably full. This keeps me from snacking or even wanting to snack throughout the day. Psyllium helps keep me on my healthy diet.
