Losing Weight with Smoothies | Entry #1 | Smoothie Cleanse + Dr Oz Smoothie - YOU on a Diet
Okay….this is getting personal….and I am a very private person.
I am dealing with the usual holiday food temptations. Can anyone relate?
Some days I do well and stay on track and eat healthy.
And other days….well, ever since Thanksgiving….have I been following my plan?
Not so much…..
So here is the deal. I am getting serious for the next 7-10 days to get back on track.
I am going to improve my health, lose some weight and re-energize my body.
I will be using strategies from:
Dr Oz - You On A Diet & my favorite Smoothies Recipes.
And….I am going to let you watch my progress.
I will share my plan with you…every detail and you can follow along.
So then you can see that it is very doable to lose weight drinking smoothies and you can increase your health and energy at the same time.
You don't have to go into the New Year all down about your weight or frustated about tight fitting clothes. You can start the New Year refreshed, energized and ready to take on the world!
Now keep in mind. I am human. I am not perfect. I will be implementing a few new strategies that will take some effort on my part.
Also, I will be enjoying holiday food on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. That is a given - but until then - I will be taking good care of my health and probably lose some pounds and inches on the way. Yippee!
This will not be a depravation diet. I will get to eat and drink lots of nutritious food on my green cleanse.
