Losing Weight with Smoothies | Entry #3 | The General Plan For The Next 7-10 Days or so….
Here is the general plan for the next 7-10 days….
This is a mix of the great info from Dr. Oz's book - "YOU on a Diet" and Smoothies that I will share with you.
My goals for each day:
- Get 10,000 or more steps on my pedometer every day
- Drink Green Lemonade (recipe to come in the next posts)
- Drink Green Smoothies plus Eat Fruits and Vegetables only
- Drink tons of Water
- Daily Quiet Time
- Strength Training - low key method as described in Dr. Oz's book (average 15 minutes each day)
- Stretching/Flexibility (average 10 minutes each day)
This is not a permanent way of eating for me (although you could easily do so for a long time).
This will jump start my energy, help me release some weight, and let my body feel the effects of flooding it with nutrients - especially during this time of the year with everyone running around with runny noses and flu bugs. This way of eating will build up my immune system - nice bonus!

I started the cleanse yesterday and lost 3 1/2 pounds overnite. I feel great and love the green smoothies. I am never hungry. This is an awesome site with lots of good information. Cheryl

Way to go! Losing Weight with Smoothies is really do-able isn't it? Stick with it - your waistline will shrink and your overall health with really improve.
