I was thrilled
to see that both Dr. Oz and Bob Green recommend using a pedometer to motivate you to get moving.
Dr Oz encourages that you get at least 10,000 steps each day for good health and "waist management."
When I watched the Oprah show about Dr. Oz and the YOU On A Diet Discovery Channel special - I saw that the test subjects that lost weight were using my favorite pedometer.
I love this pedometer (and believe me I have tried so many different brands over the years that just did not work as well). I bought one for myself and for my husband and now many of my friends and family are using them.
It is a blast to compete with each other each day to get the most steps and get more active. We are always checking our pedometers and having friendly competition to get lots of steps and improve our health!
