Blackberry Banana Smoothie
(Blueberries can be substituted for the blackberries)
2 cups blackberries
1 banana
5-6 leaves of kale
1 large spoonful of raw honey (to your taste)
1-2 cups crushed ice
Blend all the fruits and veggies.
Then add ice to your taste and blend until smooth.
