Blackberry (or Blueberry) Pineapple Smoothie
15 blackberries (or 3/4 cup blueberries)
2 cups pineapple
6-10 dates (to your taste)
6-8 leaves of kale
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon Psyillium seed husks
fresh mint leaves (to your taste)
1-2 cups crushed ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables until smooth.
Then add ice and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
