Smoothie Cleanse - Day 2 - Tuesday December 12
What I Ate/Drank 12/12:
Drank lots of water all day long
Early A.M.
2 cups of wonderful strong coffee with 1/2 and 1/2

24 oz Green Lemonade (Get all recipes by using the search box above on this site)
12:30 PM
20 oz Blackberry Banana Smoothie (get recipe on this site)
2:30 PM
12 oz Blackberry Banana Smoothie
4:30 PM
20 oz Tropical Pineapple Smoothie
6 PM
12 oz Tropical Pineapple Smoothie
8:30 PM
2 mandarin oranges
and……3 pieces of sugarfree gum throughout the day
Note: I add Psyllium Seed Husks and Flaxseed Oil to all my smoothies
Exercise
Cardio: 40 minutes on the treadmill (slow jog/fast walk) and
20 minutes on the elliptical trainer
Strength: 30 pushups (need to do more strength training)
Flexibility/Stretching: 5 minutes (need more)
Critique of 2nd Day:
Overall I had another pretty good day.
I followed the eating plan of green smoothies/fruits/veggies and no junk (except for the gum).
Total Pedometer Steps: 12,405 = 5.87 miles! (Goal each day is 10,000 steps or more)
Cardio Exercise: 60 minutes (Goal each day is 30 minutes or more)
Strength Training: 30 pushups is not a strength training routine! I need to improve in this area
Flexibilty/Stretching - 5 minutes (met my minimum - need to add 5 more min. throughout the day)

Weigh In - first thing Wednesday Morning (12/13):
157.2 ( 8/10 of a lb less than yesterday)
Note: I do not usually recommend weighing every day for most people,
however for this experiment I am providing FULL DISCLOSURE so you get all the facts even the ones I am not so proud of.
