Losing Weight with Smoothies | Entry #9 | Full Disclosure for Day 6
Smoothie Cleanse - Day 6 - Saturday December 16 What I Ate/Drank 12/16: Drank lots of water all day long did not eat the rest of the day - was not hungry - felt very full late into the night and……4 pieces of sugarfree gum throughout the day Exercise Critique of 6th Day:
Early A.M.
My usual 2 cups of wonderful strong coffee with 1/2 and 1/2
11 AM
Key Lime Smoothie
1:00 PM
2 mandarin oranges
1:45 PM
1 mandarin orange and 1 banana
3:00 PM
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Cardio: 60 minutes on the treadmill (slow jog/fast walk)
Strength: none — need to make time for this
Flexibility/Stretching: 5 minutes (need more)
Great on the food and drink.
Great on the cardio.
Still not great on the strength training.
I followed the eating plan of green smoothies/fruits/veggies and no junk (except for the gum).
Total Pedometer Steps: 10,407 = 4.92 miles (reached my goal of 10,000 steps or more)
Cardio Exercise: 60 minutes (Goal each day is 30 minutes or more)
Strength Training: This just might be MY new year's resolution
Flexibilty/Stretching - 5 minutes (met my minimum - need to add 5 more min. throughout the day)
