Well folks, I did it!
I completed the 7 day Smoothie Cleanse!
I completely saturated my body with nutrition for 7 days!
I ate raw vegetables and fruits the entire time.
90% of what I ate/drank were delicious tasty healthy smoothies.
Every day I exercised and got an average of 10,000 steps on my pedometer.
Bottom Line: In 7 days, I lost over 5 pounds and I was NEVER, I repeat NEVER hungry.
In fact, I enjoyed nutritious tasty food constantly.
My body got flooded with nutrition, I lost some weight, and I gave my energy an incredible boost.
It was an easy and very enjoyable way to lose 5 pounds.
