Mango Green Smoothie
2 mangos
1 handful wild weeds (e.g. lambs quarters, stinging nettles, purslane)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional but highly recommended)
1 teaspoon Psyillium seed husks (optional but highly recommended)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all ingredients except ice until smooth.
Then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
