Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Kiwi Banana Celery Smoothie
4 very ripe kiwis
1 ripe banana
3 stalks celery
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon Psyillium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend all ingredients except ice until smooth.
Then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
