Apple Celery Green Smoothie
3 large apples (I like Fuji apples - you can use your favorite)
3-4 stalks of celery
1 teaspoon of fresh peeled ginger (optional)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
P.S. You can add protein powder to any smoothie.
