Strawberry Blueberry Banana Green Smoothie
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 8 oz container of vanilla or strawberry yogurt
4-5 leaves of kale or 1/2 head of romaine (optional)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
P.S. You can add protein powder to any smoothie.
