Strawberry Kiwi Banana Green Smoothie
1/2 - 1 cup strawberries
3 peeled kiwi fruit
1 banana
4-5 leaves of kale or a handful of spinach
1-2 Teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
