Pineapple Strawberry Green Smoothie
1 cup fresh pineapple
1 cup fresh strawberries
4-5 leaves of kale or large handful of spinach
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
1-2 teaspoons raw honey (if you like your smoothie a little sweeter)
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
P.S. You can add protein powder to any smoothie.
