Pineapple Blackberry Date Kale Green Smoothie
2 cups pineapple
15 blackberries
handful of alfalfa sprouts
3-6 leaves of purple kale (or any kale you like)
6 large dates (or 12 small ones)
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
