Strawberry Orange Yogurt Smoothie
2 cups strawberries (other berries may be used)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup milk (can substitute soy milk or rice milk) (optional)
3-6 leaves kale or a large handful of spinach (optional)
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
