Banana Blueberry Green Smoothie
2 bananas
1 cup blueberries
3-6 leaves of kale or a huge handful of spinach (greens are optional - but highly recommended)
1 cup blueberries

1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.

P.S. You can add protein powder to any smoothie.
