Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Mango Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie
Tropical Fruit Smoothie
1 mango
4 tbsp. coconut milk or fresh coconut juice (optional)
1 banana
4 tbsp. coconut milk or fresh coconut juice (optional)
1 banana
8 strawberries
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
P.S. You can add protein powder to any smoothie.
