Banana Berry Pear Smoothie
1 pear (skin is optional)
1/2 cup blueberries or frozen mixed berries
1 banana
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries or frozen mixed berries

handful of raw spinach (optional)
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional)
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks (optional)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
P.S. You can add protein powder to any smoothie.
