Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Banana Strawberry Orange Juice Smoothie
Banana Orange Strawberry Green Smoothie
1 cup orange juice
1 banana
8-12 strawberries
1 banana
8-12 strawberries
large handful of raw spinach (optional - adding spinach would make it a raw green smoothie)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional - recommended by Dr Oz)
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks (optional - recommended by Dr Oz)
1-2 cups ice
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional - recommended by Dr Oz)
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks (optional - recommended by Dr Oz)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
P.S. You can add protein powder to any smoothie.

Hi,
Just wanted to leave you a quick note to thank you for all your smoothie recipe posts (and the personal info, too…lol…i can relate, and i thanks ya!). Actually i ran a google search to find some good smoothie recipes by bob greene and found YOUR page, which was a nice little added bonus =o) Anyway, thanks tons…I'm starting today…wish me luck…and same to you!
