Strawberry Blueberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie
1/2 cups blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
large handful of spinach or 4-5 leaves of kale (optional - for great nutrition)
1 1/2 cups milk or soy milk
1/2 cups vanilla or strawberry yogurt
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
P.S. You can add protein powder to any smoothie.
