Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Pear Banana Green Smoothie
Pear Banana Smoothie
2-3 servings
5 ripe pears
1 banana
fresh mint (to your taste)
3-4 leaves of kale or a large handful of fresh spinach (optional)
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional)
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks (optional)
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
