Strawberry Banana Soy Smoothie
makes 1 - 4 servings
1 cup soymilk
1 large ripe banana
16oz (1 lb) strawberries (use frozen if you can't get fresh ones)

1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional)
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks (optional)
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
Enjoy!
