Mango Orange Smoothie
1-2 servings
2 ripe mangos (peeled)
8 small dates (pitted)
Juice of one orange
Large handful of spinach or 4-5 leaves of kale
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional but highly recommended)
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks (optional but highly recommended)
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
