Blackberry Apple Banana Smoothie
1-2 servings
1/2 cup blackberries
2 apples (I leave the peels on)
1 banana
5 leaves of kale or a huge handful of spinach
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyllium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
