Mango Peach Pineapple Blueberry Green Smoothie
1-2 servings
Note: I prefer to always use fresh fruit but if you can't get fresh fruit, you can use frozen
1 cup mangoes
1 cup peaches
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup blueberries
Large handful of fresh spinach or 4 leaves of kale
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil or fresh ground flaxseed
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
