Berry Banana Peach Tofu Smoothie
2-4 servings
3 cups of mixed berries
(You can get a bag of frozen mixed berries at the grocer or you can buy fresh berries and mix them up)
1 Banana
1 Peach (optional, but tasty!)
1/2 package Silken Tofu
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
