Orange Lime Blueberry Green Smoothie
3 oranges (peeled)
1/2 small lime with peel (if you use a key lime - cut it in 1/2 and leave the peel on)
1 cup blueberries
4-5 leaves of kale or a HUGE handful of spinach
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want more sweetness)
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil or fresh ground flaxseed
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
