Pineapple Orange Apple Banana Smoothie
1/2 cup pineapple
1 orange (peeled)
1/2 apple
1 banana
huge handful of raw spinach or kale (optional but really awesome for you!)
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey
1-2 cups ice
Healthy Optional Additions:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
