Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
2 bananas (use frozen bananas for a nice cool smoothie)
1/8 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup soy milk or skim milk
1/8 cup of rolled oats (oatmeal)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add some raw honey (if you want it a little sweeter)
Blend to milkshake consistency and enjoy.
