Pineapple Strawberry Peach Cherry Smoothie
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup peaches (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup cherries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup soy milk (optional)
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash or more of vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (if you want it sweeter)
1-2 cups ice
Healthy Optional Additions:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
