Pear Blueberry Green Smoothie
3 ripe pears
1 cup blueberries
4 leaves of kale or huge handful of spinach
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (add only if you want it a bit sweeter)
1-2 cups ice
Healthy Optional Additions I use in my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
