Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
1 cup soy milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey or 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional - if you want it sweeter)
1 cup ice
Healthy Optional Additions I use in my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
