Papaya Mango Green Smoothie
1 serving
1/2 medium Papaya
1 ripe Mango
5-7 leaves of Romaine Lettuce
1 cup ice
Healthy Optional Additions I use in almost all of my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
