Persimmon Pear Green Smoothie
1 ripe persimmon
1 Asian pear (or any kind of pear)
1 small handful of bok choy (baby bok choy is my fave)
3 leaves of chard
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (optional - if you want it sweeter)
1 cup ice
Healthy Optional Additions I use in my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons smoothie protien powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
