Tomato Cucumber Kale Romaine Smoothie
Fill blender 1/2 full with purple kale and baby romaine.
Blend with a little water until all greens are mixed well.
Then add:
3 tomatoes (roma)
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cup water (to the consistency you like)
Healthy Optional Additions I use in my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
Blend all vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
