Mango Banana Blueberry Lime Smoothie
1 mango
1 banana
1 cup of blueberries
1/3 of a small lime including skin
1 inch or more of ginger root peeled and grated (optional)
1/2 head of baby romaine
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (optional - if you want it sweeter)
1 cup ice
Healthy Optional Additions I use in my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
