Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Banana Apple Pineapple Goji Berries Green Smoothie
2 Bananas
1 Apple
1 handful of spinach or a few leaves of kale (awesome — but optional)
1 slice of pineapple
1 Tablespoon of Goji Berries
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (optional - if you want it sweeter)
1 cup ice
Healthy Optional Additions I use in my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
