Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Banana Date Dandelion Green Smoothie
3 Dates
2 Bananas
1 or 2 handfuls of Dandelion Greens
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (optional - if you want it sweeter)
1-2 cups ice
Healthy Optional Additions I add to almost all my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
