Banana Pear Apple Spinach Romaine Smoothie
2 bananas
1 ripe pear (peel is optional - I leave mine on)
1 apple (I like Fuji - pick your favorite or experiment) 
1 large handful spinach
3-5 large leaves Romaine lettuce
1-2 teaspoons Raw Honey (optional - if you want it sweeter)
1-2 cups ice
Healthy Optional Additions I add to almost all my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
