Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
2 peeled seedless oranges
3 Tablespoons Vanilla Flavored protein powder
1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt (optional)
1/4 - 1/2 cup water (add a little at a time)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
