Healthy Smoothie Recipies | Mango Banana Nectarine Green Smoothie
1 Mango
1 Banana
2 Nectarines
3 large leaves Swiss Chard
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1-2 cups ice
Healthy Optional Additions I use in my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
