Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
1 banana (frozen and cut into chunks)
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup orange juice
Healthy Optional Additions I add to my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend and Enjoy!
