Banana Split Smoothie
1 large banana (frozen, cut into chunks)
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
5 large strawberries
1-2 Tablespoons sweetened cocoa powder (to taste)
1/2 - 1 cup milk
Healthy Optional Additions I add to almost all my smoothies:
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons Psyillium seed husks
1-2 tablespoons protein powder
Blend all fruits and healthy additions.
