Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Berry Orange Juice (OJ) Yogurt Smoothie
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
1 cup mix of raspberries, blackberries & blueberries
Raw honey to taste
1/2 Tablespoon flaxseed oil
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks
1 scoop protein powder
Blend everything. Add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency you like.
