Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Pineapple Mango Raspberry Smoothie
Huge slice of pineapple
1 large mango
1/2 cup raspberries
1-2 teaspoons psyillium seed husks
1/2 Tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1 cup ice
Blend all fruits and vegetables and healthy additions.
Then add ice a cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Use only as much ice as you like to get the consistency you like.
