Healthy Smoothie Recipes | Pumpkin Pie Smoothie - Carrot & Yam SO Yummy!!
I am currently doing a juice and smoothie cleanse to give my body
an extra boost during this time of year and this recipe is one of
my staples.
This smoothie tastes like pumpkin pie and it is packed with tons of live
enzymes that are easily digestible.
Here is the recipe.
32 ounces fresh carrot juice
1 cup raw sweet potato or yam (peeled and cubed)
4 large dates (or 8 small ones),pitted
1/2 avocado, pitted
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 avocado, pitted
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
NOTE: If you don't have a juicer you can get carrot juice from a health food store - however I recommend you get an inexpensive juicer if you serious about juicing and smoothies for your long term good health
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until
smooth. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container for up to 36
hours.

hours.
Personally I like to make a double batch and refrigerate until it is very cool.
Then I pour it into a chilled glass and drink it with straw!
It tastes so-o-o good and my body feels great when I give it such
good stuff.
This recipe came from one of my favorite books by Natalia Rose
